Applicaiton and Registration Steps

1- Send your abstract to until May 15, 2024 (in word or doc format)

2- After your submission, we will inform you about the referee's decision (accepted or rejected). The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notifications regarding the abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the corresponding author.

3- After receiving your acceptance please make your payment until May 20, 2024 (50 USD) via credit card

4- Congress programme will be announced in May 24, 2024. Please check your name and presentation title in the program.

5- For virtual participation you can check the zoom id and password on the program.

6- Full text submission is not mandatory  (we can publish your abstract in the book of proceedings). If you want to publish full text in proceedings book please send your full text to between June 1-5 17:00, 2024).


Abstract Guidelines

All submitted articles/posters should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  1. Abstract /Poster Topic – abstracts must be allocated to a specific Theme, Topic and Sub-Topic. For a complete listing of abstract Themes, Topics and Sub-Topics.

  2. Presenting author's contact details (should be the same details as the submitting author so that the presenting author receives the correspondence about the abstract)

    1. Email address

    2. Full postal address

    3. Daytime and evening phone number

  3. Author and co-authors' details

    1. Full first and family name(s)

    2. Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country

  4. Abstract title - limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE

  5. Abstract text – limited to 250 words 
    (Please Note: Word count is affected when graphs/tables/images are added) 
    Abstract layout - Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

    1. Objectives

    2. Methods

    3. Results

    4. Conclusions

Since the conference is an INTERNATIONAL, it is mandatory to submit the  abstracts in English.
Full Text Writing Rules
- Times New Roman, 12 pt. (Manuscript title, author names, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and keywords should all be in 12 pt.

For parts such as graphics, tables
the font size of the author can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)
- Give the line spacing 1.25
- Do not indent at the beginning of the paragraph from the left.
- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold
- Citation and Bibliography should be arranged in APA style.
- Your full texts must be at least 5 pages.
- ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION AND REFERENCES in your full texts parts of it should be shown under separate headings.

Conference Poster Print Guidelines

  • Important information should be readable from about 10 feet away.

  • Title is short and draws interest.

  • Word count of about 300 to 800 words.

  • Text is clear and to the point.

  • Use of bullets, numbering, and headlines make it easy to read.

  • Effective use of graphics, color and fonts.

  • Consistent and clean layout.

  • Includes acknowledgments, your name and institutional affiliation.


You will be asked to declare that you have received ethical approval for your study (if relevant), and you will be requested to confirm that you will declare any conflict of interests in your presentation at the conference.

Please submit your full paper until June 5, 2024 to the conference email address. The full text similarity rate must be 25% or below. The similarity report must be sent by e-mail.
